Buddhism, one of the world\\\'s major religions, is grounded in the teachings of Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha, and offers profound insights into the nature of human suffering and the pursuit of happiness. Central to Buddhist philosophy is the idea that happiness is not dependent on external conditions but arises from inner transformation, ethical conduct, and mental discipline. This study explores various Buddhist practices that aim to cultivate happiness and overcome suffering, such as mindfulness, meditation, moral precepts, and mind training. It also investigates the educational implications of these practices, emphasizing their potential to foster emotional well-being, selfawareness, and ethical living in contemporary educational settings. Through a philosophical and practical lens, this research highlights how the Buddhist path can serve as a guide for personal development and holistic education.
